I am creating Empowerment Tees to combat the feeling of powerlessness we all feel when we are around the narcs in our lives.  They are all about bringing back your power as victim of narcissistic abuse.  They work on many levels, and when you wear them, you have SUPERPOWERS!

Just kidding, but it may feel that way 😎  I want people to feel empowered when they wear them!  I want people to show off the hard work they've done by finding out about narcissism and finding ways to heal themselves!  I want YOU to feel like the amazing person you are when you slip one of these on!

There are three kinds of Empowerment Tees:

1. Overt
2. Covert
3. Informational

Where to wear your Empowerment Tee:

• At home, just because (over style feels sooooo good to wear when you can celebrate a new milestone (going NC, telling mom off, etc.  It's like a private little "fuck you!" that nobody can see but you and your family)
• To a family reunion/holiday/etc. (it's best to wear the covert style, this is a secret "fuck you!" that everyone can see, but don't exactly know what it means)
• Out and about (this can be any style, but know if you can be seen by a flying monkey, so be prepared to be okay with that.  You can wear the informational style to start up conversations with strangers about narcissism)
• Places with Mom (your choice...depending on your situation)
• Anywhere you want!
